The 1L briefs are in and now it's time to turn our attention to oral…
The U.S. Supreme Court returned this term to hearing oral arguments in person but has expanded live streaming access to oral arguments that began during the current pandemic.
Starting today, live streaming of oral arguments is now available directly on the home page of supremecourt.gov. Previously, live streaming was only accessible through media partners like C-SPAN and ABC and could be hard to find. This new method is much more convenient. Scroll down the page and look for the green “LIVE” button.
As before, the recording will be posted to supreme court.gov by the end of each argument week (Friday) at https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argument_audio/2021. Written transcripts are posted by the end of the same day as oral arguments at https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argument_transcript/2021. The Court’s calendars are available at https://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/calendarsandlists.aspx.
