The U.S. Supreme Court returned this term to hearing oral arguments in person but has expanded live streaming access to oral arguments that began during the current pandemic.

Starting today, live streaming of oral arguments is now available directly on the home page of supremecourt.gov. Previously, live streaming was only accessible through media partners like C-SPAN and ABC and could be hard to find. This new method is much more convenient. Scroll down the page and look for the green “LIVE” button.
