I love baseball. I’ve been a fan of the San Francisco Giants since the days of Will Clark and Kevin Mitchell in the late ’80s. Needless to say it’s been a good October for me. So, while I disagree with this attorney’s allegiances (especially his calling the Giants’ lineup “hapless souls”, see footnote 9), this is a great Emergency Motion for Continuance.
