Many law school classes require a research paper instead of a final exam this semester. If you are in one of those classes, the library is here to help. You are always welcome to come to the reference desk or contact the law librarians directly to get research assistance.

One of the things I have noticed is that most students know about Lexis and Westlaw, but are unaware of the many other electronic resources that the library has to offer, and that are essential to writing a good research paper. To help remedy that problem and get you on your way to writing a successful paper, I will be making a 30 minute presentation on Thursday, Feb. 7th at 3 p.m. in rooms 275/76 of the library on library resources you should know about. You may be surprised at what the library has to offer that is not available on Lexis and Westlaw.

I hope to see you there.
