Recently the popular and extremely useful Supreme Court blog, SCOTUSblog, received some new enhancements as well as a new look. More details are available in this post from SCOTUSblog publisher and creator Tom Goldstein. One of the new features that will be of interest to law students is a bi-monthly column for law students on the Court and relevant issues. The first column is about health-care litigation. In addition to giving you a heads up on these changes to SCOTUSblog, I want to make sure all of our students are aware of this incredible resource. It provides great analysis, as well as the underlying briefs and documents for cases appearing before the Court. If your research involves the Supreme Court or you’re at all interested in the cases before the Court, this is a resource you need to know about.
