While this may interest a law librarian more than others, I thought I’d bring it to your attention. Recently the National Law Journal published an interview with the Supreme Court’s reporter of decisions, Frank Wagner, who is set to retire on Sept. 30. The reporter of decisions is the person in charge of ensuring that the Supreme Court’s opinions are technically flawless and ready to be printed in the offical United States Reports. He and his staff are also in charge of creating the syllabus that appears at the beginning of a case in the U.S. Reports. Here is the interview in two parts: Part I, Part II.
