We hope you got to relax and recharge your batteries a bit over Placement Break. Here at the Law Library we were trying to improve things for you and underwent a bit of construction. New power outlets are now installed near the soft seating at the north ends of the library on both the 2d and 3d floors.
As we walked around the library we noticed that often students were stringing power cords to the nearest outlets, which were several feet away, to sit at the soft seating. We thought it would be a worthwhile investment to bring the power to the soft seating and make things more convenient for you. During this past summer we brought power to the tables on the north end of the library for this same reason. We hope these new improvements get a lot of use and improve your time in the library. We do ask that you do not rearrange the furniture. Thanks!
