Seminar Two: Researching War Crimes, Genocide & Crimes Against Humanity. This session focuses on researching substantive international crimes across tribunals and UN sources. We’ll work with HUDOC, ICTY, ICTR, and ICC Legal Tools to compare definitions, jurisprudence, and evidentiary standards across courts.
