While you're out at your jobs and externships this summer, the law librarians will be…
Classes are done. Finals are over. But, in law school there’s always work to do, even if it is of a different sort. We wish luck to all of you working on the write-on this week.
When the write-on is over, most of you will head off to some sort of externship around the country or around the world. We want you to know that the library can still help you even when you’re gone. The law librarians are still here working during the summer and we’re here to help give you some direction when you run into a research problem (or several) that you can’t quite figure out. There are several ways to contact us. If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by the reference desk and see us in person. We can also be reached by phone (801-422-6658). The other option is to get us by email or chat. These options are only avaiable to BYU students and faculty. To access chat or email reference click on the icon circled below that you’ll find on our home page.
You’ll then be prompted to enter your Route Y ID to verify that you are a student. From there you can see if a reference librarian is online to chat (we’re generally online from 9-5) or there is a form to email us a question.
We enjoy helping you out, so please don’t hesitate to contact us this summer.
