For all of you Sesame Street fans out there you’ll be happy to know that Oscar the Grouch was recently mentioned in a Supreme Court opinion courtesy of Justice Scalia. A Law.com article recently reported that the Sesame Street character’s name appeared in the case of Washington State Grange v. Washington State Republican Party and that it was the first time he had been mentioned in a Supreme Court opinion.
