Yesterday it was announced that Dean James R. Rasband was appointed to serve as Associate…
The law school was privileged to host Dean Erwin Chemerinsky of the University of California, Irvine School of Law on Friday as part of the law review symposium. Dean Chemerinsky spoke for nearly an hour without notes on “The Supreme Court’s Failure to Communicate.” Dean Chemerinsky spoke some about his personal interactions with the Court and I thought some of you might be interested to hear him in action. While the Supreme Court now releases audio of oral arguments at the end of the week, the Oyez project provides access to oral argument audio back into the 1960s. So, you can listen to Dean Chemerinsky or Rex Lee or John Roberts and others as they argued before the Supreme Court.
Update: More coverage of the Symposium can be found on the Blog of Legal Times and this BYU News story.
