Attention BYU Law Grads! (and anyone who is a diploma privilege candidate in Utah!)

You are allowed to do 36 hours of CLE to meet your 360 total hours. The BYU Law Library has CLE materials (mostly CDs, but 1 DVD) that are free to be checked out that you can use for these 36 hours of CLE. For BYU Law grads, you likely still have check-out privileges automatically available to you. You can also currently still enter the BYU Law Library (and BYU Law School building) with your BYU ID card. The times of access by card are available here. To ensure that you still have check-out privileges, you can call the Circulation Desk at 801-422-3593. You can see what CLE materials are available here. It lists the topics, format, and how many CLE credits it is worth.

If your check-out privileges have expired or if you are a diploma privilege candidate in Utah but are not a BYU Law grad, you can email colemanm@law.byu.edu or call 801-422-3656 to receive the paperwork by email to check-out these free CLE materials.
